Abandoned Vehicle Auction Rules
Remain in the corded off viewing area of the auction area.
NO WANDERING outside the viewing area to look at other vehicles in the storage yard.
Only vehicles that are going up for Auction will have an "X" on their windshield.
DO NOT START or hot-wire any vehicle. The Auctioneer and Vehicle Lot Attendant will be happy to advise
or assist you.
The Abandoned Vehicle Auction will promptly begin at 10:00 a.m.
This is a Cash Auction only . . .
This is strictly a CASH and CARRY Auction - unless you have made special arrangements with the front office.
No personal or business checks will be accepted...unless pre-approved by the management.
8.8% sales tax will be added onto the subtotal (final bid) of the vehicle.
An ATM machine is available at the Flying J Truck Stop.

ATTENTION Auction Visitors and Participants
DO NOT. . .
DO NOT PARK in front of the office parking area.
DO NOT PARK inside the fenced auction area.
DO NOT PARK in front of the gated entrance.
DO NOT BRING small children to the auction.
NO Children under the age of 16 are allowed onto the property.
